I didn’t do anything today. I did go out much, I didn’t go to the beach, I didn’t try to take the bus, I didn’t ate iced honey a nice restaurant, I didn’t climb a mountain, nothing. I walked barely a kilometer today.

I wanted a rest day today, and being alone in the hostel dorm with an amazing view over the bay, and over an hour walk from the unattractive city center of Rijeka helped. Mostly the thought of the way back uphill though.

I did some planning, as it seems I am now in countries and at a time were I can no longer book at the last moment, or face the consequences of a hefty room price.
